Who We're Looking For:

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee our client projects and work with a team of 10+ talented professionals. You'll manage a diverse portfolio of 200+ monthly projects for 10-15 clients, ranging from video content to large-scale campaigns. The ideal candidate is digital-savvy, an innovative thinker, and adept at implementing and following standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the scheduling, coordination, and management of 200+ diverse projects monthly for 10-15 clients
• Ensure timely completion of all projects within scope and budget
• Utilize ClickUp for project management and navigate various creative and storage tools
• Anticipate client and project needs, providing proactive solutions
• Maintain constant communication with team members and clients via Slack, Email, and ClickUp
• Alert executives of any delays or issues with project completion
• Leverage AI tools to enhance skills and automate processes
• Implement and follow existing SOPs, while also contributing to the creation of new SOPs
• Coordinate and manage the workload of 15+ employees across different time zones
• Support the development and maintenance of client relationships

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a digital or social media marketing agency
• Proficiency with ClickUp and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to manage 10-15 client projects concurrently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Slack and remote collaboration tools
• Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive mindset
• Experience with or willingness to learn AI tools for skill enhancement and process automation
• Comfortable working remotely during Pacific Time business hours

Contract Details:

• Full-time contractor position (1099)
• Starting at $3000/mo
• Remote work from the United States
