Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking passionate and creative Social Media Coordinators who live and breathe social media. If you excel in crafting compelling scripts, managing social media accounts, or creating engaging content, we want to hear from you! Whether you have experience in all these areas or excel in just one or two, your skills should captivate and engage audiences, making complex topics easily understandable.
What You’ll Do
As a Social Media Coordinator at Limitless, you will have the opportunity to work on various tasks based on your skills and experience. We welcome individuals who can excel in one or more of the following areas of the content creation process:
Content Creation
- Research: Utilize TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms to research trending topics and ideas.
- Writing: Create scripts for our clients by leveraging research on apps like TikTok and using AI tools to draft scripts with compelling hooks. Write engaging captions that align with the client’s voice and brand.
- Filming: Assist with film shoots for certain clients as needed, either remotely over Zoom or on-site in the Los Angeles area. Experience with professional cameras, iPhones, lighting, and audio is a plus.
- Video Editing: Review and edit content for spelling, accuracy, viral potential, editing techniques, and storytelling quality. Proficiency in short-form video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Creative Suite, and CapCut is a huge plus!
- Graphic Design:
- Use Figma, to design social media graphics, thumbnails for videos, and visual assets for posts.
- Edit and refine presentation decks, ensuring branding consistency.
- Create high-quality, visually appealing graphics tailored for various social media platforms.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva are a plus.
- Stories Creation: Design and implement engaging Instagram stories for clients to regularly connect with their audiences.
Trend Curation & Analysis
- Analyze: Global trends across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Reddit, X, and Google Trends.
- Collaborate: On client trend report documents.
Social Media Management
- Manage: Content calendar and ensure all scheduled content aligns with the client’s marketing strategy.
- Publish: Content accurately on all platforms for each client while ensuring each post fits the appropriate channel.
- Engage: With and grow social media communities.
Monetization
- Lead Gen: Drive leads for clients utilizing social media channels. Knowledge of tools like ManyChat is a plus.
- Promotion: Promote products or services for clients.
- Partnerships: Develop and manage partnerships with social media creators.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track: Social media metrics to demonstrate lead generation and sales. Prepare reports using tools like Dash Hudson, highlighting key insights.
- Create: Weekly and monthly decks with data visualizations and insights.
- Conduct: A/B testing with experimental posts and branded visual tests.
Client Management
- Communication: Address client inquiries and provide updates via iMessage, Email, Slack, and meetings.
- Client Meetings: Present updates on content progress and gather feedback. Edit AI-transcribed meeting summaries into actionable next steps.

Requirements
- Availability: Minimum of 25-30 hours per week, with the potential for more based on project needs.
- Experience: Proven experience in social media script writing, content creation, or management, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
- Writing Skills: Exceptional writing tailored for social media platforms.
- English Proficiency: Excellent English speaking skills with impeccable grammar.
- Topic Familiarity: Knowledge of topics like Health & Wellness, Science, Business & Marketing, Lifestyle & Beauty, Women Empowerment, etc.
- On-Site: Ability to work in the Hollywood office 3-4 days a week for team collaboration.
