The team at Limitless is looking 👀 for an enthusiastic social media assistant with an emphasis on short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and general excitement about working in social media.


We’re looking for someone with 1 year of relevant experience and a thirst for growing their career in social media.

You will be responsible for posting content for clients on all the relevant social media platforms, responding to followers and engaging with creators, maintaining content calendars, assisting the content creation process with our video editors, and continuously optimizing social media strategy based on insights and analytics.

WHAT YOU'LL DO ‣

  • Social media platform management: Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Pinterest, Twitter, & Youtube specific skill or ability
  • Create and execute social media engagement strategies and plans for our clients
  • Create, schedule, and measure content across all social channels
  • Full stewardship of social media community management operations across social media platforms using ClickUp and Airtable

  • Copywriting (social media captions, proofreading, editing, etc.)

  • Hashtag research

  • Trend research and forecasting

  • Video editing abilities for social media (Adobe Premier and in platform) preferred

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE ‣

  • 1 year of experience managing accounts for influencers or creators
  • Excellent knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, and up-to-date social media trends + practices
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Flexible and adaptable critical thinker with the ability to handle changing priorities and tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent organization, time management, and project coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction and as part of a team; comfortable working in an ambiguous environment
  • Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Strong written, verbal, visual, and multi-media communication skills
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization, including internal, external, and remote staff
  • Customer-centric mentality
  • Hands-on experience in content management
  • Knowledge of how paid and organic social content works together
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
  • Excellent copywriting skills

  • Weekend availability
